This Return Policy describes how Dancelab handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our store and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- With original tags
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Underwear and swimwear
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift certificates and digital products
How to initiate a return
- Email us at dancelab.ballet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide:

Please do not send the item without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted for a refund.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is usually the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes, if applicable.
Refunds
- Once the return is verified and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-10 business days
- Refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days for your bank or payment processor to process the transaction
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except as required by law or in the event of a defective item
- If it has been more than 15 business days since approval and the refund has not been received, please contact us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:
- Return the item using the standard procedure
- Place a new order for the desired item
This allows for quick availability and processing.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the product is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Different from the one ordered
Please contact dancelab.ballet@gmail.com immediately.
Please include photos of the problem to expedite the process.
We will provide a free return and refund or replacement.
European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
If the product is delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Terms:
- The product must be undamaged, unworn, in its original packaging
- Must include a receipt or proof of purchase
