Payment Methods
· Visa / MasterCard — via Hutko payment system.
· Stripe Payments — American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club.
· Apple Pay / Google Pay.
· SWIFT transfer — international bank transfer for individual orders from abroad.
· PayPal
· Other payment methods — upon request.
Attention! When paying via SWIFT or other international money transfer services, the customer agrees to cover all bank and payment fees on their side.
Shipping Terms
· Orders are dispatched only on business days — Monday to Friday.
· Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
· Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier’s terms.

· Nova Post — domestic shipping according to carrier’s rates.
· Ukr Post — domestic shipping according to carrier’s rates.

Shipping Service Terms
· The delivery service is considered provided once the order is handed over to the carrier.
· In case of order cancellation after dispatch, refusal to receive, or return — the delivery cost is non-refundable.
International Shipping
· Prices do not include taxes or duties in the recipient’s country. All additional charges (customs duties, import taxes, etc.) must be paid by the customer in accordance with the laws of their country.
For U.S. customers, an estimated 10 % import tariff is collected at checkout to cover U.S. customs duties introduced in 2025. This helps ensure smooth delivery without additional customs charges.
· The seller reserves the right not to ship to certain countries or regions due to carrier restrictions or customs regulations.
· Once the order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the chosen delivery service. In case of delays or loss, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
· If the order is not received on time or is returned to us for reasons beyond the seller’s control (incorrect address, failure to collect from the post office, etc.), reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
· For orders issued with an individual invoice — all bank and payment fees are to be covered by the customer.
· When paying via SWIFT or other international money transfer services, the customer must cover the bank’s commission according to the bank’s or transfer service’s tariffs on their side.
